• Just wanted to say I love your Checkthrough Bags.  I did a lot of research after I found out they existed, and yours was THE BEST.  Mostly because of the completely secure laptop section when in the "opened checkpoint position."  But the organization was Brilliant. I ordered the Backpack to replace my old Brookstone model that is not Checkpoint Friendly. Plus I have a new 17" computer and the new model Brookstone had didn't have one that could accommodate that size.

  Thanks for coming up with a great product. I've been a flight attendant for 23 years, carrying my laptop since 1995, and juggling it out of my bag since 9/11.  This is absolutely a STRESS RELIEVER!!!

• Wow, what great customer service! I mailed my bag to Skooba via Fedex ground last Friday and received back today. The zipper was repaired and I thank Skooba very much. • Recently, I was in need of a new laptop bag.  I started to investigate what was available.

  Since I travel for my job about 30% - 40%, the new “Checkpoint Friendly” bags were interesting to me. After doing some research on existing Checkpoint Friendly cases, I came across the Skooba Design Chechthrough Laptop bag . It was just what I was looking for; not too small, not too bulky. A ‘Goldilocks’, just right size. The video on your website really helped me make the decision to buy it. Its design is well planned and the compartments are versatile, useful and convenient.

  A few days after I received my new Skooba Checkthrough bag , I had to travel for work, flying through several airports and multiple security screenings. It felt really good when one of the TSA checkpoint officers exclaimed “what a great bag, it sure makes our job easier”. I found the Skooba Checkthrough bag to be a great traveling case, especially for getting through airport security.

• It was recently my very great pleasure to place an order with your company...[but] I accidentally selected the wrong model of the bag I wanted, and was a bit worried when I received the order and knew I would have to exchange it.  This was the moment of truth.
   
  After just a few moments of speaking with Bryan, I felt completely at ease with returning the item for exchange.  Bryan was completely relaxed, confident, professional, and knowledgeable.  And, to my surprise, I was actually able to reach him on subsequent calls I made to confirm the exchange process.
   
  Still, I thought there might be problems, since the item I was exchanging for had a greater cost and required an additional payment. Nothing could have been simpler! When my return arrived, Nancy emailed me to let me know she needed the additional payment.  I was able to reach her without having to hold, and in a few moments the transaction was complete, once again with the utmost relaxed professional manner.  After a few more days, I got the bag I'd originally intended to order.
   
  Both Nancy and Bryan are excellent representatives for your company.  I hope they will receive the recognition they deserve for this, and keep up the good work, Skooba!
