• I recently ordered a Skooba laptop strap and was very excited to see it, I looked at many on the web and loved the design right from the start. When I received the box it looked kind of like an accordion, and I found it had been opened and the strap was missing. Yikes, I contacted customer support expert Nancy and she was so helpful... the box did have a strap in it when it left the shipping department, but was lost in shipping. I was promptly and professionally sent a replacement strap. I was so impressed that I am back for another.
